Day 47 of #covid19 #socialdistance
Today we prepared a gift for mother's day. One for me :-D, one for Nonna I. (my mum), who is still stuck here, and one for Nonna M. (dad's mum) who is in Italy. Nonna I. will bring it to Nonna M. as soon as she will be able to go back home.
We can count until 13, so we took the chance to extend it to 15 with three hands.
How many hands do we have here?
How many fingers in one hand? And in two? And in three?
How many blue flowers do we want?
If we want two golden flowers per tree, how many golden flowers do we need?
We had good fun counting together to plan our artwork.
We prepared everything in the morning, put the pieces out to dry and assembled everything in the afternoon.
Learning outcomes:
counting
task management
fine motor skills
Materials: as in picture. Basically: toilet rolls, cartoons (better a bit thick so that the tree stays up), colourful cuts or papers for the flowers, colours.
